Below are the most frequently asked questions about Dave Kovar’s Instructor Toolbox. If you have experienced a specific technical issue or bug with the site, please fill out a Help form to contact our technical support team.

How do I access my account information?

Click on the “Welcome [Your Username]” link that appears at the top right of the website once you have logged in. This will take you to your account page.

I am a ProMAC member and I want to change my membership level. However, the ProMAC discount code does not appear at checkout, how do I get it?

Go to the “Contact Us” page and send us a message requesting your ProMAC member discount code.

I can’t remember my password.

Click the I forgot my password button located on the Login page of the site. This will help you reset your password.

I have a Charging Ram membership that I need to reassign to a different user.

The easiest way to do this is to ask the Charging Ram member to cancel their account. They can do this by clicking on their account button (the “Welcome [Username]” link they see at the top right of the website) and selecting Cancel Membership. This will allow an additional use of your Charging Ram code.

 If you are unable to cancel through the specific Charging Ram account, please fill out the “Request to Turn Off Charging Ram Account” form located here and we will deactivate the account for you manually.

 Where can I go to see my billing history?

Click on the “Welcome [Your Username]” link that appears at the top right of the website once you have logged in. This will take you to your account page.

There you will find your billing history when you scroll down near the bottom of the page, below the “Invoices” section.

How do I add a video to my favorites list?

Open the video you want to add to your favorites list and click the “Add to Favorites” button immediately below the video.

How do I search for a video?

The search box is located in the top right corner of any screen, just to the right of “Favorites.” Click on the search box and type the name of the video or the tag you wish to find.

What are video tags?

Tags are descriptive labels for similar or similarly-themed videos (for example: “timing drill” or “aggression drill”). The list of available tags is listed at the bottom of each search’s results page.

How do I use the Charging Ram sponsorships?

Fist access your account page. Click on the “Welcome [Your Username]” link that appears at the top right of the website once you have logged in. This will take you to your account page.

From your account page you will see an area called “Sponsored Members.” In this section you have 3 key pieces of information: your sponsorship code and a direct link to register, the number of uses remaining on your sponsorship code, and the current sponsored members using your sponsorship code.

To use a Sponsorship code simply email the direct link to the people you wish to have access under your membership. The direct link will take them to the checkout page and will have already applied the discount code (so the member will be able to log in for free as a “sponsored member” of your team).

 If the direct link is not working, you can give the code to the member and have them proceed with the following instructions:  click the “Join Now” link on the home page, select the “Charging Ram” membership level, apply the sponsorship code at checkout (to log in free), and complete the registration process.

How do I use my additional/sponsored memberships?

Your additional (or “sponsored”) memberships are called “Charging Ram” memberships. Please see “How do I use the Charging Ram sponsorships?” answer listed above for more details.

I changed my membership level from School of Dragons to Streak of Tigers and all of my sponsored accounts were deactivated.

When decreasing your membership level, all sponsored memberships are deactivated. Your sponsorship code is reset to the appropriate number of uses and you can reissue the code to team members you wish to have continued access to the site.

To reactivate a sponsored account they will need to attempt to log in on the site. They will receive a message that their access is denied. They will then need to click “Register” and then, “Join Now,” and select “Charging Ram.” Once they re-enter the sponsorship code with the same username they had before and click “register,” their account will re-activate with all of their previous progress.

I need to cancel my recurring payments through PayPal.

 To cancel you recurring PayPal billing for the instructor’s toolbox you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account here.
  2. Click “Profile” near the top of the page.
  3. Click “My Money.”
  4. Click “Update” in the “My Preapproved Payments” section.
  5. Click “Cancel” or “Cancel Automatic Billing” and follow the instructions.

Please note that if you do not cancel automatic billing through PayPal, you may be double-billed. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you think you were double-billed, please Contact Us so we can help you.

I currently pay for the Instructors toolbox through a credit card, how do I cancel the old recurring payment?

If you are paying for the Instructor’s Toolbox with your credit card using the billing service Member Solutions, please fill out the form located on the “Cancel Old Billing” page and we will process your payment cancelation immediately. As a reminder:  payments cannot be canceled within 5 business days of a payment date.

I currently pay for the Instructors toolbox through my Member Solutions account, how do I cancel the old recurring payment?

If you are paying for the Instructor’s Toolbox via remittance (fee is deducted from your monthly billing) please fill out the form located on the “Cancel Old Billing” page and we will process your payment cancelation immediately. You will also need to contact Member Solutions Customer Service directly at 1-888-277-4407 informing them of your need to cancel your billing. As a reminder: there may be a multi-day processing time for canceling remittance billing.

I am not sure how I have been paying for the Instructors Toolbox, how do I figure out how I have been paying?

Please fill out the form located on the “Cancel Old Billing” page and we will email you with the appropriate information and any steps that may need to be taken to ensure you do not get double-billed.
